Returns policy
Pure Ocarinas makes every reasonable effort to only ship you products of the highest standard. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to accept a return and refund all or part of your order under the following conditions:

The product must be returned at the expense of the customer.

The product must be in flawless condition, as you received it.

Only the costs of products retuned are refundable. Shipping costs paid for the delivery of the product to you are not refundable as this is sunk cost for us.

Due to ease at which they can stain, I am unable to accept returns for plain finished ocarinas.
How to return an order
The process of returning an item is as follows:

Please contact us, including the confirmation code of your order, and details of what you want to return.

The buyer returns the product, ensuring that it is packed safely. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and packing costs for returns.

Upon receiving the product from the customer it will be checked to ensure that it is undamaged.

A refund will be issued, minus costs paid for shipping the product to you

Items which are not in best quality will be returned to the customer.
Returns damaged by the postal system
We accept no responsibility for returned products which are damaged in the post, and they will not be refunded. Please ensure products you are returning are well packed before sending.
Should something be damaged in the post, recovering losses is between you and the shipping componey. I strongly recommend using a service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the products, and I strongly advise photographing items before shipping them.
